Noticing more demand for remote signings

I’ve seen more clients asking for remote notarization lately. With all the shifts in how people prefer to handle documents, it’s becoming a big part of my workflow. I’m curious if others are experiencing the same trend and what tools or platforms you’re finding most effective for these remote sessions.

I’ve definitely noticed a spike in remote signings too! It feels like we’re living in a sci-fi movie where everyone just beams their documents over. I’ve had great luck with Zoom — seems to handle the video and screen sharing like a champ, but make sure to double-check the compliance depending on your state. @NotaryPro has some good resources too.

I’ve been seeing the same trend, especially in the last couple of months… I started using DocuSign for remote signings, and it really streamlines the process; clients love that they can sign from anywhere. Just make sure to guide them through the tech a bit — it can be a learning curve if they’re not familiar with it.
