Why do we still use outdated methods

I’ve been frustrated by the fact that so many notaries cling to paper journals and old-school stamps. With everything going digital, why are we lagging behind? It seems like a waste of time and resources, especially when there’s been a noticeable uptick in states allowing e-notarization. Anyone else feeling this way?

It’s frustrating, especially as more states approve e-notarization! Maybe we need more education on digital tools like electronic journals? What digital methods have you tried?

I hear you on the frustration with paper journals. I’ve switched to an electronic journal, and it really streamlines the process and saves time. Have you thought about trying out an e-notarization tool? It might help ease the transition.
