Simplifying Notary Training Requirements

I’ve been looking into the various training programs available for notaries and most seem unnecessarily complicated. It should be straightforward to find a course that covers the essentials without overwhelming us with jargon. Has anyone found a program that’s direct and to the point?

I’ve found that local community colleges often offer practical, no-frills notary training courses. They tend to focus on the basics without the extra jargon, which can make a huge difference. Have you checked any nearby colleges or adult education centers?

I totally get where you’re coming from — it can feel like a maze trying to find clear training, but I’ve heard good things about the NNA’s online course. It’s pretty straightforward, and they skip the fluff.
