I upload a 300 DPI PNG of my seal and it looks fine in setup, but the final signed PDF comes out soft and pixelated — this keeps showing up across two sessions this week in Chrome and Edge. Is there a format/size that keeps the stamp sharp, or should I switch to SVG or a larger pixel width?
I ran into the same blur in Edge last week — switching from a “300 DPI PNG” to a 1200px square PNG and setting the on-page seal to about 1 inch kept it tack-sharp because it downscales instead of upscales. SVG only helps if the pipeline preserves vectors; some tools rasterize it anyway. What’s the actual inch size of your seal on the final PDF?
