eNotary just went live here - jump in or stick to mobile

The state finally opened the eNotary application this week, and I’m torn: pay for an online notarization platform and gear now and wait for clients to show up, or keep booking mobile jobs that pay the same day but burn gas and evenings - what’s working for you right now?

Keep mobile for same-day cash, but apply for eNotary and start with a month‑to‑month RON platform so you’re not locked in while you test demand. I got my first two online jobs by emailing my regular title clients and turning on listings on Notarize/BlueNotary, and the ~$25-30 per session fee beat paying a full annual.

Keep mobile for the cash flow, but apply for eNotary and test a month-to-month RON so you’re ready without locking in or buying pricey gear. I only added a $25 USB webcam and updated my Google Business Profile with ‘online notarization available,’ and two online jobs came in the next week.
