CE tracking keeps breaking between providers

Twice this month I wrapped a 2-hour refresher on NNA and a 1-hour SOS webinar, and neither auto-reported — had to upload PDFs and chase support for five days. Does anyone have a workflow or a provider that syncs credits reliably, because this keeps showing up every renewal cycle for me?

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌

I only get ‘auto-reported’ to stick when my NNA profile matches my SOS record exactly — same email, commission number, and even middle initial; fixing a tiny hyphen issue made credits post in 24 hours (apparently punctuation counts). If your state uses CE Broker or StateReporting, pick courses that list the state course ID or expect manual uploads. Which state are you in?

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌

But what’s worked for me: after matching my NNA profile to SOS, the real blocker was a stale commission expiration date — once I updated it, I email support to “requeue to SOS” and it posts in the next batch. @liba936 is right on names; have you tried a requeue after confirming the expiration?

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‌‌

One thing that finally stopped the ping‑pong for me was asking the provider to confirm the exact “roster name” they transmit to the state matches my license record (including suffix) and to send me the submission batch ID. Building on @studioledger, I give it one import window; if it’s not on the SOS portal by then, I ask them to requeue against that batch — works like clockwork, unlike my printer. Do you see a batch/receipt number on your completion page?
