Anyone else seeing more pop-up AI assistants in apps lately

I’m seeing more apps shove little AI help bubbles into every screen, and it’s getting in the way when I just want to do a simple task; half the time they can’t answer anything specific. Do you actually find them useful, or do you disable them right away?

I mostly disable them unless they’re tied to a real action - summarizing the current doc, drafting from selected text, or filling a form from clipboard; the generic chat bubbles just get in the way. I kept Notion’s because it edits blocks in-place, but I hide them in Slack and my calendar and really want a global “hide AI tips” toggle.
