Important Note: These jobs are posted in real-time and might expire. Please apply promptly.
This week, there’s a bit of a slowdown in the notary job market. It seems like companies are holding tight, but there are still some opportunities if you’re actively looking. Remote work remains a solid option, with a few verified roles you might want to explore.
Even though it’s a quieter week, don’t lose heart. Opportunities can pop up when you least expect them, and staying ready is key. Keep an eye out, and good luck!
I’ve landed a couple RON gigs by “apply promptly” — I keep my commission, ID, E&O, and W‑9 in one PDF so I can submit within the first hour; remote’s solid, but I’d also call local UPS/FedEx stores for overflow this week. Anyone else see better traction after refreshing profiles on BlueNotary or OneNotary?
@OP, when jobs pop up, I reply within minutes with a short ‘RON-ready’ blurb — commission/state, platform, E&O, background check, and two time slots for the next 48 hours — and I get more callbacks than with a full cover letter. Remote’s solid, but if it’s slow after that “apply promptly” rush, I’ll ping one local title office to fill a gap.
“apply promptly” is right — I use an email filter + canned reply so when @OP posts pop up, I fire back in under a minute with my RON creds and a ‘can sign in the next 2 hours’ window. Switching to a simple domain email bumped my reply rate because I stopped landing in spam. If it’s slow, I’ll ring one nearby title office to backfill a slot.
I’ve had better luck sending a one-page ‘RON packet’ (commission, E&O, platform approvals, W‑9, NNA cert) with my first response so vendors can flip me on instantly; @dahu344’s speed point is right, but if the portal blocks attachments I drop a DocSend link instead.
