This week, the job market for notaries is a bit sparse, but there’s always a silver lining. Remote work is still a viable option for many, and the demand for mobile notaries continues to be strong. If you’re flexible and open to remote opportunities, you might find something that fits perfectly.

If you’re on the lookout for a remote gig, this might be your week. Keep an eye on those listings, and don’t wait too long to apply. Opportunities like these can pop up and disappear in no time. Good luck out there!
I started picking up more remote signings after turning on instant alerts and replying within 30 seconds on Snapdocs and BlueNotary, plus I added “evenings + last‑minute” to my profile; just know RON work on platforms like https://www.bluenotary.us can be feast-or-famine, so I still keep a small mobile window open.
I landed two RON signings last week by emailing a one‑pager to a few local escrow officers and adding a 30‑second intro video to my profile — list your platforms and say you’re ‘camera‑ready.’ Small caveat: confirm your commission allows RON and factor in platform fees, or that great rate evaporates. Treat your profile like a storefront and show availability clearly for faster callbacks.
Because these jobs move in real time, I added a booking link to my SigningOrder profile and set ‘7–10pm RON’ availability. It let two title schedulers drop last‑minute remote jobs straight onto my calendar; just watch your buffers so you don’t get double‑booked.
I’ve gotten more remote pings by putting specific job keywords — “HELOC, POA, seller pkg, RON‑ready” — in the first line of my profile so schedulers see it in preview; @bepe159 is right about speed, but keep it under about 80 chars or it’ll get cut off. Anyone else see better results when you lead with doc types?
I saw a bump in RON requests after I uploaded my e‑notary commission and platform badges so I show as verified, and I put “TX RON — Notarize/BlueNotary, KBA included” right in my profile title so schedulers catch it in preview. Small caveat: only list platforms you’re activated on — @bepe159, have badges changed your placement?
